Our older roof needed multiple repair fixes- replacing cracked shingles, a missing shingle, fixing nail pops, replacing a soil pipe flashing with a new tin boot and then sealing the large vent about the soil pipe with plastic cement. Oh, and we needed a downspout pipe band attached to secure a downspout to the house. The workman was friendly, listened and responded to all of my concerns and his work looked perfectly done. I've very happy with it and will call Spandico when we need an estimate on a new roof in the future!

Great to work with. We have worked with them twice now. The second time we bought a new house which only had part of the roof updated from hail damage and we needed the rest updated. They were very supportive in our needs and extremely responsive when we found a small leak afterwards. The crew was very respectful of our property and left it as they found it (better actually with the new roof!).

Have used for repairs twice. First time for leaking around vent pipes and I called three companies for quotes; one took a week to respond and I cancelled after another ten days without getting a price; the second company was twice the price. The second repair was to replace shingles damaged from storms and I only called Spandico. Both repairs I received a quick response and was completely satisfied with the work and price. Recommend.

Had garage roof and gutters replaced along with new downspouts and gutter screens. Nabil made great recommendations and the workers were very professional and careful. They completed the work in one day and cleaned up nicely. Work was done this week. Happy with how it looks.
